Finally, we went to Starbucks to chill and rest. We've walked for 3 hrs, so need some chilling time. Ordered my fav Vanilla Latte and sit down on the couch till 11.30pm. And went home.

Espresso & Brew machine. The machine used to extract the coffee shots. All major coffee chains have it. If u have latte & stuff, thanks to that machine!! It's cool. They have these steam valves on both sides that's used for steaming milk - i remember we have to release the steam valves before steaming. I wish i can have it at home. :D

Of course u don't expect to be getting one like in Starbucks..that's too huge, too expensive. They have a smaller version for home use. Price should range from few hundreds to thousands..? Depends on the brand & type. U thinking of getting one, Nacatus..? I can contribute some recipes. *wink* :)

All u have to do is brew some dark roast coffee. Steam some milk. In a tall glass or cup, pour the hot brewed coffee approx till 3/4 of glass/cup. Add about 2 - 3 tablespoons of chocolate powder or vanilla powder(or both if u like). Whisk well & add steamed milk. There u go, Cafe Mocha or Cafe Vanilla. Leave 1/2" - 3/4" of space from rim if u want to top your drink with whipped cream..etc..

p.s: Will have to experiment until u achieve the 'taste'. Depends on the glass size, amount of coffee, powder & milk. U can also use syrups but make sure your coffee is a strong one. My advise, use very good coffee, Nacatus. An example, Viennese coffee.
